Citizen Card Project It contains 6 parts inclusive of citizen card, data exchange,
operation, operation maintenance, technology, and financial settlement. The
local government focuses on developing channels and measures to serve the People, with the intelligent cards as information carrier.
Presently, the citizen card is experimentally used in 9 application of 3 categories, i.e. replacement of the current medical insurance card and patient card, administration of family-assistancee, administration of employment and unemployment, check of public accumulation fund information, management of individual operation entities, and payment of transportation fees in the city. |
