Corporate Basic Information Exchange Tryout

In October 2002, Hangzhou was appointed as one of the four tryout cities for enterprise basic information exchange between industrial and commercial administration departments and taxation departments by the State Council Informatization Office, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the State Administration of Quality Inspection. The trial operation enables real time accurate and thorough information exchanges among governmental departments. Preliminarily achieving operation collaboration and associated supervision, it positively improves supervision strength, operation efficiency, and service quality of governmental Departments. Hangzhou's experience in its trial work has won recognitionby
the Central Government of China.
Hangzhou is devoting itself to developing enterprise basic information exchange in depth, and setting up perfect working mechanism so as to ensure smooth operation of the system. As well, the network coverage will be extended gradually and timely. Interaction, information sharing, and operation collaboration will be carried out among systems in such organizations as customs, banks, public security, employment departments, and social security departments. |
