品茗施工安全系列软件
包括：品茗脚手架智能计算软件、品茗模板智能计算软件、品茗塔吊智能计算软件、品茗施工现场用水用电计算软件
适用于施工过程中的各类施工专项方案计算，严格参照施工安全规范和标准，通过输入计算参数，智能生成图文并茂的计算书，具有操作简便，智能、规范、助学易用、延展性强等特点。
品茗投标辅助决策系统 运用概率论和数理统计方法，融合各地评标方法、评分方法，综合分析投标对手数据，模拟计算各投标单位的得分情况，合理预测竞争对手投标报价以及本单位最佳报价区间范围，该软件填补了业内的空白。
品茗施工资料制作与管理软件涵盖了工程施工过程中的各类文件和资料，适用于施工中各方主体的技术人员使用。是同类软件中首家获得知识产权认定，唯一具有3项专利保护和全国22个地方版本的高科技产品。
品茗智能网络计划编制软件运用系统工程和网络计划技术原理开发的一套适用于各种项目进度计划管理、施工组织进度安排的“直绘双轨”型网络计划软件。该软件拥有目前国内唯一开发成功的“软件在双代号状态和横道图状态均能确定工序的逻辑关系”技术。
