天正电力建设工程管理信息系统（EMIS）是浙江天正信息科技有限公司在实际电力建设工程中，根据电力建设的管理要求，按照科学管理和提高工作效率的原则，开发完成的一套信息化管理系统。该系统集成了办公自动化、工程应用、经理查询、代码管理、ＷＥＢ发布等多个子系统，与信息管理完美结合，动态实现了数据交互和信息交流。系统设计合理，适应性强，功能全面，操作简便，管理科学。系统的应用使电力建设过程中的繁琐任务变的简明清晰，并使管理合理有序，有效的提高了电力建设的管理效率。
天正公证业务信息管理系统（T_NIS）是由浙江天正信息科技有限公司，针对公证业务采用先进的迭代式软件开发流程开发的管理软件。天正公证信息管理系统（T_NIS）参照公证管理的制度、法规和业务程序，它涵盖公证管理业务流程的所有主要的业务内容，主要功能有：办证咨询、业务受理、收费、审查、配案、公证书制作、翻译、公证书签发(审批)、档案管理、水印纸管理、查询、统计、考核管理、业务分析等等。通过该公证软件的应用，可以大大提高公证处的管理水平和工作效率。
天正4S汽车管理系统是根据汽车整车、配件贸易和维修行业管理的有关规定和要求开发的管理软件。天正4S汽车管理系统的功能可划分为汽贸、汽配、汽修、客服、三位一体(3S)或四位一体(4S)的单机版、网络版及汽车俱乐部管理软件等产品，适用于小至汽车配件企业、汽车维修企业，大至四位一体4S店管理、汽车生产企业销售、服务体系、汽车俱乐部等，天正汽车管理软件均有相对应的软件产品和解决方案提供全方位的服务。

1, Introduction
Zhejiang Tianzheng Information Technology Co. Ltd, former Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Computing Technology, was founded in 1974 and led by Zhejiang Provincial Science & Technology Bureau. In March 2001, it changed its ownership and system to limited liability company in accordance with Zhejiang Provincial People's Government document (No.1 in 2000). Tianzheng Co. has a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000 and nearly 300 employees in headquarters and four subsidiary companies, among which professional technicians make up over 80%.
The Co. is a software enterprise formally qualified by Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Information Technology Industry. It has obtained the computer information system integration qualification approved by China Ministry of Information Technology Industry, the civil engineering enterprise designing and construction qualification approved by China Ministry of Construction, the security and fire-fighting construction qualification approved by China Ministry of Public Security and so on. It has passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality management system certification. Tianzheng Electric Power Construction Management Information System (EMIS) is developed by Zhejiang Tianzheng Information Technology Co. Ltd in accordance with the requirement of Electric Power construction and the principles of scientific management and efficiency improvement. This system integrates office automation, technical application, manager consultancy, code management, web publication and so on, combining with information management and realizing dynamic data interchange and information exchange. This system is characterized by rational design, good adaptability, comprehensive functions, simple operation and scientific management. Its application enables the heavy duty service in electricity construction to be simple and effectively promotes the management efficiency.
Tianzheng Notarization Information System (T_NIS) is developed by Zhejiang Tianzheng Information Technology Co. Ltd with advanced iterative software developing process. T_NIS well accords with the regulations and operation procedure of notarization management and covers all needed procedures with the following main functions: consultancy, acceptance, fee collection, censor, division of work, notarial certificate making, translation, notarial certificate issuing (approval), archives management, watermarked paper management, data search, statistics, examination management and business diagnosis. By using this notarization software, the management level and work efficiency of notary public office can be significantly improved.
Tianzheng 4S Automobile Service Management Information System is developed by Zhejiang Tianzheng Information Technology Co. Ltd in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements of automobile repair industry and small-enterprise operation mode. The system provides three versions: single-computer, simple network and advanced network. The basic system involves four subsystems: service acceptance system, operation management system, warehouse management system and expense settlement system, covering main operation links during automobile service.
