二、   产品简介
   浙大网新劳动保障信息系统一体化以“金保”工程为依托，以面向“社会人”的服务与管理为核心理念，横向上构筑面向业务经办的一体化业务体系、提供面向公共服务的一体化服务体系，纵向上通过部分业务与服务的逐步下移，构筑面向基层（街道、社区）业务与服务的社会化综合管理平台。一体化产品系列的核心是基础架构产品，围绕这一核心，以产品的功能应用组合分类，推出业务经办、公共服务、业务监测、决策分析等系列。劳动和社会保障信息系统总体构架是以系统支撑平台、安全管理平台为主要支撑平台；以信息交换平台为最核心部件，实现一体化系统的数据交换和数据共享，以及所有应用系统之间的业务联动。一体化从自身的业务现状和要求出发，采用先进的信息技术，对各类基础设施、信息资源、应用系统进行的整合和重建，最终实现数据统一化、业务一体化、服务多元化、决策数字化。
