继2001年浙江大学与美国著名的金融服务企业、美国第一大公共基金管理机构---道富银行（State Street Corp.）合作组建浙江大学道富技术中心之后，为共同推进全球化金融证券信息系统的开发，建立与美国道富银行的长期战略合作伙伴关系，浙大网新科技股份有限公司在以浙江大学道富技术中心为依托的基础上，于2003年6月注册成立了浙江浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司，致力于全球化金融证券信息系统的开发和服务。公司注册资金为1000万元，现有员工200余人，其中本科学历占49%，研究生学历占44%，博士学历占4.5%。
作为美国道富银行的信息技术服务提供商，浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司承担了一系列道富银行的信息系统开发和服务项目，开发与世界先进技术同步的金融证券软件。
对美软件外包业务迅速发展的同时，浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司于2004年入选中国软件欧美出口工程试点企业（软件外包型A类），致力于为国内外客户提供具有国际一流水平金融证券业信息系统软件产品，协助国内金融证券业提升业务能力，并为中国实现与国际接轨、迎接全球化竞争的挑战、全力推动中国金融证券业发展的进程中提供经验。
二、 产品简介
在与美国道富银行良好合作的基础上，浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司在过去的两年中取得不俗业绩，完成了道富银行的股票交易系统全面升级改造，使“这个系统投入运行后，交易量是过去的4倍，而这只花了不到6个月的时间”（道富银行CIO评述），“一朵IT奇葩在中国开放！”（美国《CIO杂志》评述）。2003年浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司以其雄厚的技术实力和综合实力，战胜了以软件外包为传统强项的一些印度大型软件外包服务公司，获得美国道富银行大部分核心业务的开发项目。目前公司的主要成功项目有：证券交易执行系统、证券交易指令管理系统、证券交易撮合系统、共同基金计价和托管系统等等。
浙大网新恒宇软件有限公司的软件外包（软件出口）业务近年发展迅猛，对美软件出口在国内目前已经名列前茅。2004年完成300多万美元的出口额，三年后有望达到年出口1000万美元的规模。

Based on State Street Zhejiang University Technology Center (SSZUTC), Zheda Innovation UniverseSoft Ltd. was registered in June 2003 for improving both the development of global financial information system and the strategic cooperation relationship with State Street Corporation. State Street Zhejiang University Technology Center (SSZUTC), jointly founded by Zhejiang University and State Street Corp., a leading financial service provider in the United States, is dedicated to the development and services of financial information systems for global clients. As an information service provider of State Street Corp., UniverseSoft has been delivering a group of information system development projects for State Street Corp. with state-of-the-art technologies by talents from the Zhejiang University, which is top 3 university in China.
UniverseSoft has 10 million RMB registered capital with more than 200 employees, among which 49% are bachelors, 44% graduates and 4.5% Ph.Ds.

2. Product
On the basis of good cooperation with State Street Corporation, UniverseSoft has reached outstanding achievements in the past three years. Our company has completed the upgrade of State Street Equity Trade and Execution System, which was described by current CIO Joseph C. In the year of 2003, UniverseSoft successfully undertook most kernel development projects of State Street instead of Indian companies who have traditional predominance of software export. Our successful projects include Lattice reengineering, Trade Manager reengineering, Global Call Cross, NAV Alert/Price Alert, etc.
The software outsourcing business of UniverseSoft has been expanded rapidly in recent years, which has made UniverseSoft the No. 1 software outsourcing servicer in China. The revenue of software outsourcing services in 2004 was over 3 million US dollars and will reach 10 million US dollars in three years.
