公司成立于2005年7月28日，注册资金为1000万元人民币，公司为私营股份制企业，企业人员10人，平均年龄26岁，全为大专以上。公司业务方向：嵌入式计算机软件系统、智能化设备的技术开发销售。公司经过近一年的努力，2004年底获杭州市拱墅区科技进步三等奖，2005年获浙江省软件企业称号。
二、 产品简介
公司投入较大人力物力与浙江大学数字技术与仪器研究所合作开发成功的《嵌入式旅馆业管理信息实时处理系统》其主要应用于公安旅馆业治安管理。目前用于旅馆业管理系统的终端是通用计算机（PC机）加装旅馆业管理软件，这种配置有它的不足之处，主要在非专用性、体积大、安全性差及需要较高的维护成本、对使用者要求较高、病毒不可避免、程序易损坏、价格相对较高等等。而我公司研制的《旅馆业管理终端》采用嵌入式系统，并集成了扫描仪、Modern、第二代数字身份证识别系统等，硬件和软件设计固化在一起，突出了它的专用性、安全性、维护成本低、体积小、价格便宜的优点，使用时更符合旅馆业管理系统的需求。其特点是：1）专用性强：它是一款根据旅馆业管理需要而设计的一套终端产品，把扫描仪、modern、数字身份证识别系统集成在一起，使用非常方便。2）安全性高：使用密码+内置硬件加密防止了普通电脑接入对整个系统的不安全性问题。3）维护成本低：硬件和软件设计并固化在一起，使宾馆终端具有天然抗病毒能力，有效防治网络病毒对宾馆终端的破坏，提高了系统的可靠性，软件系统的免维护设计，节约了系统大规模推广使用带来的系统维护费用。4）价格便宜：由于把软硬件合理设计并固化在一起，并把专用外设有机集成在机内，使得成本降低，性能提高。5）体积小：该终端只有书本大小，扫描仪、第二代数字身份证读卡器、网络接口等集成在机内，占用空间很小，携带非常方便。

Hangzhou Sungod Science and Technology Co, Ltd. is a private owned joint-stock enterprise established on July 28, 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The staff of the company consists of 10 personnel at an averaged age of 26, all graduates from colleges and universities. Business range of the company covers technical development and marketing of embedded compute software systems and intelligent device. Through nearly a year of hard working, the company has won a third class award of Science and Technology Progress in Hangzhou Gongshu District at the end of 2004, and granted the title of Zhejiang Provincial Software Enterprise in 2005.
2. Product Introduction
Substantial investment in terms of manpower and finance was offered by the company to cooperate successfully with Zhejiang University Digital Technology and Instrument Research Institute for “Embedded Real-Time Information Processing System of Hotel Management”. The system is mainly used in hotel public security control. Terminals of hotel management systems now in use are mostly computers installed with management software. Such configuration has its defects: non-professional, large volume, insufficient security, high cost of maintenance, users required to be more professional, unavoidable virus attacks and liable breakdown of software, high prices etc.. The “Management Terminal of Hotel Industry” developed by our company is an embedded system. It integrates scanner, modem with digital personal identification system of second generation, combining hardware and software together, highlighting its professional features of safety, low maintenance cost, compactness and low price. The product satisfies to greater extent the needs of hotel management.
