浙江浙大网新软件产业集团有限公司（以下简称公司）成立于2002年，注册资金9000万元，是浙江浙大网新科技股份有限公司（上交所，证券代码600797）旗下从事应用软件系统设计、规划、开发、实施、IT专业服务、咨询的高科技集团公司，是目前国内最具规模的专业从事城市信息化研发、建设和服务的高新技术企业之一。公司成立之初就确立了“做城市信息化建设排头兵”的战略目标，并围绕这一目标将业务细分至社会保险、电子政务、市民卡工程、智能卡应用等诸方面，且相继确立了各自的优势地位。
