浙江正元智慧科技有限公司成立于1994年，注册资金3000万元，位于杭州市电子信息街——文三路，是一家集智能卡应用开发、设备制造和系统集成于一体的专业公司，是浙江省知名的IT企业，在省内是金卡工程领域的龙头企业，安防工程和系统集成均居于前列。公司现有员工二百六十多名，其中本科以上学历人员占90%，是国家级火炬计划项目实施单位之一，信息产业部认定的软件企业，是浙江省科技厅认定的高新技术企业，同时拥有国家信息产业部计算机信息系统集成二级资质和国家建设部建筑智能化工程专业承包二级资质，通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证，通过了美国CMU/SEI的软件CMM2级评估，并被中国人民银行浙江省分行授予AAA信用等级企业。

二、产品简介
浙江正元智慧科技有限公司着力研发、推广IC卡技术在教育行业及其它行业的应用，拥有自主研发的软、硬件产品三十余种，且多项获奖。公司拥有YT-201系列IC卡机具生产许可证，生产的“金融IC卡终端”通过了银行卡检测中心的检测，公司研发的“数字化园区一卡通”系统，通过了浙江省教育厅的鉴定，为国内领先产品，市场占有率在全省达到70%以上。该系统为先进的三层架构，一卡一库一线的全后台管理模式，拥有完善的财务结算与对账机制，数据准确、实时，与银行对接实现金融化，网络安全达C2级。同时公司还致力于IC卡技术在其它行业的拓展应用，如“士兵卡管理系统”、“武警执勤报警系统”、“旅游门禁卡管理系统”、“行政执法IC卡管理系统”、“医疗就诊卡管理系统”和“烟草专卖卡管理系统”等，并且是杭州市“市民卡工程”的主要实施单位。此外，公司还生产各类系统终端设备：射频IC/ID卡的POS消费机、考勤机、门控器、通用读卡器、自助转帐机、智能控水器等系列产品。

It is also a member of China Torch Program, one of software enterprises recognized by Ministry of Information Industry, and one of high-tech enterprises recognized by Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province。It obtained Qualification Certificate of Computer Network system Integration (Grade 2) issued by MII, Intelligent building project specialized contractor Grade 2 Qualification issued by MOC, and Qualification Certificate of ISO9000, Qualification Certificate of CMU/SEI (CMM-L2). 2. Products Introduction
Zhengyuan-Zhihui mainly engages in the R&D and application of IC card in education industry and has about 30 software and hardware products of own copyright, among which most have earned high credit. Furthermore, it has got the license to produce IC card machine of Series YT-201 and the product--financial Terminal Unit for IC Card has been checked and accepted by Examination Center of bankcard. Meanwhile, Campus Card Project has been approved by Zhejiang Education Department and become the leading product, which owns more than 70% market share of Zhejiang Province
