智网科技（杭州）有限公司是美国AST公司(American Smart Technologies, INC.)于2000年2月25日在中国杭州高新技术产业投资组建的一家集软件开发、系统集成、管理咨询为一体的高新技术企业（编号：0433001A1526）和软件认定企业（编号：浙R-2002-0032）。企业注册资本61万美金。公司开业5年以来，凭借自身强大技术力量，依托美国总公司领先的计算机信息技术与研发经验，结合中国实际，开发了企业资源管理系统（ERP）、客户关系管理系统（CRM）和电子政务系统（EGOV）；智网电子政务系统还被列为浙江省2003年重点项目。2004年12月，公司顺利通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，标志着我公司的管理水平又上了一个新台阶。
公司还自主开发了针对电力行业的智网电力企业信息化应用平台eHP-IAP，该产品在帮助中国电力企业优化资源管理、提高生产效率和决策水平上起了十分重要的作用。
智网科技还利用自身的技术优势，在美国OSI Software 公司PI系统的平台上，二次开发了诸多的电厂应用子系统，使用户十分方便地进行电厂生产过程优化及安全运行管理。
智网科技也是微软（中国）有限公司在浙江省的战略合作伙伴。作为微软解决方案的合作伙伴，智网科技将微软最新的技术、产品融合到智网科技的电力解决方案与二次应用产品中。同时也向用户提供微软产品的技术咨询与服务。
智网科技还与国际著名的ERP/EAM解决方案提供商IFS（Industrial &FinancialSystem）建立了战略合作关系，在中国地区开展广泛而密切的技术合作与产品代理。
近几年以来，公司始终注重自我完善与创新，公司的产品在功能完善性和系统稳定性上名列行业前茅，市场占有率不断提高。在前三年加大研发投入与产品结构调整的基础上，到2003年实现销售1378元，利税268万元。公司现有从业人员35名，其中硕士学历4名，本科学历16名，高级技术专业技术人员3名，大专以上学历94%。

二、产品简介
《智网电子政务系统》以“数字园区”为突破点，凭借雄厚的技术实力及政府信息化建设的丰富经验，为园区政府向全社会提供高效、透明、规范和全方位的现代化管理和服务。主要包括WEB信息发布系统；政府内部办公自动化系统；协同交互式网上办公系统；通用“一表式”报表系统。
《智网电力信息管理系统》智网电力信息管理系统是适用于电力企业的一套企业综合管理应用平台，它涉及企业人、财、物、产、供、销、预测、决策等诸方面的管理工作，包括生产、经营、电网监控、财务接口、办公自动化、人事管理和辅助决策等子系统。其中开发针对热电企业信息化管理系统———智网热电企业信息化应用平台EHP—IAP获得软件产品登记证书。
《PI实时数据库系统》PI实时数据库系统（Plant Information System）是由美国OSI Software公司开发的基于C/S结构的商品化软件应用平台，是工厂底层控制网络与上层管理信息系统连接的桥梁，适用于电力、石油、化工、治金、造纸、纸药、水处理、食品饮料、通讯等各种生产流程企业的生产过程优化。市场前景十分广阔。公司正在利用PI实时数据库系统这一平台开发电力企业厂级监控信息控制系统（SIS）的二次应用模块。
